Yoooohoooo!.. I cheer the initiative of finally putting up a specialized storyboard blog. I learned from experience that is hard to master by yourself the intricate craft of storytelling and once you are up and running, in full production, tight deadlines, etc, most of the times looking for professional feedback (which is always at least welcome if not necessary) is a quest in itself.
So, yeah, welcome storyboardart.org!
