Good effort here.
A few things to start off:
-draw darker. use a black bold medium
-draw bigger. Maybe the resolution is small, but I suspect the template you are using is too tiny for a finished style drawing. Each panel should be the equivalent of a 3″x6″ panel or HD resolution. A client needs to see all details clearly
– The actions is working, but its a bit too simplified. The camera is almost eye level in the important fighting scenes and there is not much dynamic perspective. Keep working on the drawing chops, but learn the shortcuts so even in simple drawings you can communicate the idea of a dynamic upshot with a wide range of character shapes from big to small. A wide angle lens for example would greatly exaggerate the foreshortening of swords and bodyparts.
-This is a challenging exercise incorporating a lot we have talked about in composition, cameras, staging etc. Overall the shots are working well, but I’m missing the real sense of danger and drama that you get with variety of shapes and camera motion.
Keep working on those dynamic angles!
