Titanium Plan FAQ.
We have two live-review sessions each week conducted via Zoom to cover multiple time zones. The live sessions are held on Thursday evenings and Fridays mornings, PST time, every week. We try to make these sessions as accessible as possible, so no matter what time zone you're in, there will be a session that fits your schedule.
Even if you miss a session, each one is recorded and posted to our private course archive.
All lessons are delivered in HD and can be watched streaming from any browser. You get instant access to a Titanium members only dashboard for the recorded lesson content. Instructions and updates are delivered by email.
You will need to have a PC or MAC computer with an internet connection and a webcam to participate in the weekly live sessions as a Titanium Member.
Currently this feature is not available for Titanium Members although we are working on a way to allow you to submit artwork outside of the Mentorship Program. If you are looking to continue getting ongoing feedback and critiques from the Mentors, we recommend signing up again for the full Mentorship Program or booking a 1 on1 Mentor session. Return users to the Mentorship get 50% off registration.

You can book a 1 on 1 call with a Mentor for a portfolio consultation or ongoing feedback for your storyboards. Each Mentor Session is billed individually apart from the Titanium Membership. Titanium Members do get 20% off any Mentor Sessions. Once you sign up you can follow the link in the Titanium Member dashboard to book a Mentor Session.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Yearly plan cancellations will be prorated for the month to date at the monthly price. Monthly plan cancellations after the start of the billing period will stop after the next billing cycle.
For the Lifetime Plan there is a 30 day refund window. No refunds can be issued after 30 days for a Lifetime Plan.
