How can I access my video content purchased from the store?

Once you’ve completed your purchase from our store, you will be sent to the confirmation page with the video ready for you to watch.  You can access this page anytime through a link on your profile page.

I purchased a streaming video from the store. Do I have access to this anytime?

Yes, of course.  Once purchased, our streaming videos are available for you to watch 24 hours a day seven days a week forever. You can access your videos anytime through a link on your profile page.

What is your return policy?

All orders will be shipped on the next business day (Monday – Friday) following the placment of your order, at the earliest. If it is not possible to ship on that day or the next following day, we will make sure to contact you as soon as possible.

  • StoryboardArt Return Policy:
    If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days of purchase.  To process your return write “return request” in our contact form here

  • Damaged products:
    If you receive an item with broken, torn, or missing parts, simply return the item to us in its original package with your receipt. We will exchange it if we still have the item in stock. We will refund you on the return shipping. Once we receive the damaged item we will notify you with the option to refund or send you a replacement if one is available. Please contact us here.
  • International Shipping Policy
    If you want your package shipped to countries outside the US, simply select  “international shipping”  when you are ready to checkout.
